About the Founder
My name is Liviu N. Spiroiu, and for more than 20 years I’ve worked in software and technology leadership having multiple roles some of which were:
Software Developer Team Leader, Scrum Master, Systems Architect. I have spoken at conferences including DevCon, VoxxedDays and GoTechWorld.
I have developed software used by companies such as: Intel, Samsung or TSMC while working with ASML, and led teams delivering software used by government organizations worldwide while working with Cognyte.
Over the years I noticed the same pattern in both large corporations and entrepreneurial companies: People are rarely the problem. Processes — or the lack of them — are.
Typical symptoms include:
- decisions depending on a single person
- leads lost along the way
- information scattered across Excel, WhatsApp and email
- forgotten invoices
- late-night reporting
Today I use my technical and leadership experience to help entrepreneurs eliminate this chaos.
I don’t come with “another tool.”
I bring a clear operational framework:
